Turns & Access Tiers

How turns work: 10 a month as a guest, 60 a month once registered and verified, 1,000 a month for Architects.

Play is measured in turns. One turn is one action you take and the narrator's response.

Monthly allowances

• Guest: 10 free turns every month, no sign-up needed.
• Observer (free account): 60 turns every month once you register and verify your email. Signing in with Google or Apple verifies you instantly.
• Architect (subscription): 1,000 turns every month.

Allowances reset at the start of each month. Unused turns don't carry over, so a quiet month doesn't give you 120 the next.

If the narrator fails to reply and you only see an error, that turn isn't counted.

Turn packs

Turns you buy (for example a top-up pack) are kept separately and don't expire at the end of the month. They are used only once your monthly allowance runs out.

Creating characters and worlds

Any registered, verified account can use Forge Your Own Destiny and Craft Your Own World & the Community. Free accounts can create while they have turns left this month.
